Content marketing is the practice of developing content – such as blog posts, articles, eBooks, tools, videos, infographics, or basically anything else that is valuable for the end user. That is the important part. It is a key way for companies to attract consumers and organically bring them in when they’re searching, browsing, and considering.
Some marketers like to call it a “pull” strategy rather than a “push” strategy, which is when you’re spending money to actively seek out consumers. Content marketing is when they seek YOU out, and all you have to do is be there at the right time.
